Carter Family Office exists to give select investors access to deals they wouldn't find on their own — opportunities led by operators we've vetted exhaustively and trust with our own capital. We engineer every investment around a single principle: return capital first, then pursue outsized gains. Our diligence doesn't begin with the spreadsheet; it begins with the person running the deal.

The Firm

Carter Family Office is a boutique investment syndication firm. We identify exceptional operators in biotech and real estate, conduct institutional-grade diligence on the GP and the deal, then invite a curated group of accredited investors to participate alongside us.

We co-invest our own capital in every deal we bring to investors. Our diligence is thorough because our money is in it too.
